We work with colleges to support diverse student populations including first-generation, international, commuter, and graduate students through scalable, non-clinical support systems.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Partnerships & Impact Analyst Intern who is interested in social impact, higher education, technology, and data-driven decision-making. This role focuses on researching universities, improving partnership outreach systems, analyzing website and engagement data, and helping ShineQuo reach institutions that are looking for innovative ways to support their students.
This is a great role for someone interested in product, analytics, partnerships, social impact, edtech, consulting, or startups.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify colleges that may benefit from ShineQuo’s student success and coaching programs
Build and maintain a database of universities and key contacts
Support website analytics (Wix + Google Analytics) and help improve lead generation
Help optimize outreach and partnership tracking processes (CRM, follow-ups, tracking)
Conduct research on student retention, engagement, belonging, and wellness initiatives in higher education
Support SEO/AEO efforts so colleges can discover ShineQuo through search and AI tools
Assist in preparing partnership reports, insights, and presentations

Ideal Candidate
Interest in social impact, education, startups, consulting, product, or analytics
Strong research and analytical skills
Comfortable working with data (Excel/Google Sheets; SQL, Python is a plus)
Interest in AI, automation, or process improvement is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-driven and comfortable working in a startup environment
