Business Development Associate (Intern / Part-Time)

Location: Remote or Hybrid (Boston / MA)
Start Date: October/November 2025
Commitment: 20 hours / week (M-F, flexible)
Duration: 1-month unpaid training & mentorship → 2–5-month paid internship → full-time conversion opportunities
Work with: college administrators, founder, advisors & other team members

 Role Mission

You’ll help ShineQuo expand across colleges in the U.S. by turning outreach into partnerships that bring our platform to students.
Your success = new campus pilots + active student users.


Goal: Generate qualified college leads and convert into pilot discussions.



 What You’ll Do
  • Research and map student-wellness decision makers at target colleges.

  • Run multi-channel outreach (email + LinkedIn + calls) using Apollo and our CRM tool.

  • A/B-test messaging and track UTMs to improve response + show rates.

  • Build a repeatable college sales playbook for future teammates.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to align outreach with live pilots.


 What You’ll Learn

  • Full B2B sales cycle in early-stage EdTech.

  • GTM systems, CRM management & RevOps fundamentals.

  • How to pitch ROI and impact to college leaders.

  • Finding opportunities in higher education.

  • Real startup rhythm: fast experiments, data tracking, tight feedback loops.

 
Expectations & KPIs


  • Weekly activity reports + pipeline updates in CRM.

  • ≤ 2 % bounce rate on validated lists.

  • ≥ 10 attended meetings by week 8.

  • Document learning + insights for growth handbook.
