Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented technical person with entreprenuerial mindset to join our team this 2025. This role involves developing a comprehensive web platform that supports feature building, code optimization, debugging, error resolution, logic reasoning, creating dashboards and integrating AI. You will play a crucial role in building a secure, scalable, and user-friendly system, incorporating AI algorithms to match students with the ideal coaches based on their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain a robust webapp that includes features for peer support, dashboards, AI implementation etc.

• Implement AI algorithms to effectively match students with coaches, enhancing the personalization of our service.

• Ensure seamless user experience with intuitive navigation and a responsive design for students, coaches, and schools.

• Develop secure login and validation processes to differentiate between individual students and those associated with partnered schools.

• Work collaboratively with the product and design teams to translate user needs into technical solutions.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually improve the platform.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years of full-stack web development experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.

• Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React) and back-end frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, Flask).

• Hands on experience on python language.

• Experience with AI and machine learning algorithms, particularly in developing matching systems or recommendation engines.

• Familiarity with database management (MySQL) and cloud services (AWS).

• Understanding of automations using tools like Make.com, Zapier etc.

• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Working experience in APIs, RESTFUL services.

• Capable of analyzing Business requirements and building Functional and Technical requirements.

• Experience in Web servers, App servers.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Proficient creating and presenting status briefings to senior management.

• Aptitude to learn new technologies, keep abreast of the latest technologies within the cloud architecture, and drive your organization to adapt to emerging best practices.
