Commitment: 20 hours / week (M-F, flexible)
Duration: 1-month unpaid training & mentorship → 2–5-month paid internship → full-time conversion opportunities
Work with: corporate partnerships team, student communities, founder & other team members

Role Mission
You’ll drive ShineQuo’s partnership and community strategy by connecting with colleges, student clubs, and brands to amplify our reach and impact.
Your success = active campus communities + brand collaborations that attract students.
Goal: Secure multiple partnerships through campus or brand-led programs and execute collaborative community driven events.
What You'll Do
• Identify and build relationships with colleges, student clubs, and partner organizations aligned with ShineQuo’s mission.
• Collaborate with the founder and advisors to design partnership proposals and outreach campaigns.
• Plan and execute on-campus, off-campus or virtual events that engage students in growth, leadership, and wellness.
• Develop and manage an ambassador or referral program that drives student participation.
• Track and report engagement metrics, conversion rates, and feedback to improve future initiatives.
